Had one of the best times with my colleagues at this restaurant. the price is great even in this cost of goods crisis and the food is plentiful. the staff are awesome and even when they're very busy and i must say i have never seen a huge stack of plates vanish within minutes. if you love Korean food or love meat they will not disappoint. will 100% be coming back to this awesome place and i can't wait to eat that kimchi with lamb when i return.

It feels more like a family place, and the food is amazing—especially the seafood. My friend loves it, and we go there every year for her birthday. It holds such great memories for us. The food is always delicious, and the staff are lovely and welcoming.

The food was very nice. The bbq buffet eats as much as you want . Heaps of selection of meats, salads, and desserts. Toilets there. Very busy place when it's open. Have an appointment before you go in. Good customer service. If you waste food, they will charge $20. They got their own parking there. Weekend free parking on the road.

It’s on a completely different scale compared to AZITO/아지트 in Newmarket! That said, Mukbang Korean BBQ on Queen Street does offer hot pot dishes, so depending on your preference, some people might consider that their top choice instead. We didn’t make a reservation and walked in, but we were warmly welcomed and seated straight away, which was fantastic. The variety of dishes is probably the best you can find in Auckland. I was especially happy that they had gejang (marinated raw crab) – that was a real highlight. The grill paper was replaced as many times as needed at no extra charge, which we really appreciated. All the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Honestly, this restaurant was so amazing that my vocabulary isn’t good enough to fully describe how great the experience was. An outstanding place – highly recommended!

Been here for dinner, place and vibe is good. Loads of options for food. Very moderate service and communication, food is not being refilled properly especially in warmers. Recommend only once unless the service improves. Also to note very limited options for Fish and no lamb at all.

Fantasy Korean BBQ, I think it's a Chinese-run establishment (FYI, not judging), offers a decent Korean BBQ buffet experience with convenient parking. The food selection is adequate, though not exceptional. While the meat options satisfy basic expectations, the vegetable side dishes could use more frequent replenishment during busy times. A solid choice if you're in the area, though not necessarily a destination spot.

$42 all you can eat to dine in at night, $18 take away. You get a massive selection of both ready to eat foods and raw meats, vegetables and seafood to BBQ at your table. The desert bar is nice and their sponge cakes are probably the best I've had from an all you can restaurant. Definately worth the money regardless if you dine in or take away.

During my third visit to FKB, I was once again impressed by the exceptional dining experience. My initial visit was to celebrate a friend’s birthday, followed by a family outing with my parents, and this time, I returned with friends, eager to satisfy our cravings for authentic Korean samgyeopsal. The restaurant boasts a welcoming ambiance, complemented by an extensive selection of premium meats, including pork, beef, lamb, and seafood. The array of side dishes and ready-to-eat hot foods further enhances the dining experience, offering a delightful variety of flavors. A standout feature is the dessert selection, particularly the ice cream vending machine, which adds a sweet conclusion to the meal. It’s worth noting that beverages are available at an additional cost. For those seeking an authentic and enjoyable Korean barbecue experience in Auckland, FKB is a commendable choice.
